Muse is an English alternative rock band, who has had great success throughout their career since back in 1994 when the group formed. Their  first album Dangerous was released in 1998. They are back in  2009 wit their newly released album The Resistance which includes the hit “Uprising” their single. Just recently on September 13,2009 the band played their first televised performance in America for the 2009 MTV Music Video Awards.

This is his concept album which mixes Jazz and Hip-Hop into a melody you would want Common, Mos Def, and Talib Kweli to rap over, or as LoJ puts it “Smooth.” LoJ teams up with Swedish producer, Vans Cal, to create this jazz inspired hip-hop album.

The newer generation may not know who Mr. Magic is but his legacy lives on through every DJ across the world who plays rap on any radio station. Mr. Magic was one of the first people to have a rap related radio segment on any mainstream radio station back in 1982. He passed away this morning from a heart attack.

Amy Winehouse quits crack and picks up rap…WTF since when has Amy started freestyling, this is pure musical garbage. But on a lighter note the group Zalon playing is actually pretty good. Hopefully Amy does get better so she can release another album sometime in the near future.
