Compared to the likes of Walt Whitman, Lupe Fiasco is able to personify different characters within his music by dramatizing, playing the witness or himself. The hip-hop star, who is expected to release his new album Lasers sometime this year, will bring his show back to the U.S. for the “Steppin Laser” tour, starting next month with collaborator B.o.B opening on select dates.
